Neoumanist Association was founded in 2000.
It serves aproximately 360 elderly in the community of Straşeni through the projects:
1. Rasarit
Day Care for the Elderly (approximately 300 beneficieries)
2. Spectru
Assisted Living Centre (20 residents)
3. Home Care
Home care for the elderly that are home bound.
(40 beneficieries)
We partner with local and state governments to identify needs within the community.
We involve the community in program implementation to raise awareness and address the issues facing these groups of society.
We encourage and train other government agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Moldova to establish similar programs of assistance.
